How to get to Zaragoza

We are pleased to give you some suggestions for your arrival in Spain - Zaragoza. From the AIRPORTS to the Congress - University of Zaragoza – Facultad de Economía y Empresa --  or to your hotel in Zaragoza  
  • If you arrive to Zaragoza Airport, then you can either:
  1. take a taxi to the hotel, the price is 18 € - 22 €.
  2. or take the airport bus to the city (1,50 € aprox.; frecuency: every 30 minutes) that leaves you in “Paseo María Agustín, 5”. From there, you have about 15 minute walk to the Congress or to the suggested hotels (see enclosed map).
 
  • If you arrive to Madrid Airport (named “Aeropuerto Barajas”), then:
  1. To go from the airport to Madrid Train Station (named “Estación de Atocha”), you can choose between the following options:
    1. Subway (“Metro”)
  • You can take the subway L.8 (Line 8) from the airport to the subway stop called “Nuevos Ministerios”.
  • From “Nuevos Ministerios”, you need to buy a new ticket and take a suburban train direction to Atocha Station
    1. Subway + taxi
  • You can take the subway L.8 (Line 8) from the airport to the subway stop called “Nuevos Ministerios”.
  • From “Nuevos Ministerios” you can take a taxi to Atocha Station. The price is around 10 – 13 €.
You have the option to take a taxi from the airport to Atocha Station and the price is 40 € - 50 €.  
  1. From “Atocha Train Station”, you take a high speed train called AVE to “Zaragoza - Delicias Station” (named “Estación Zaragoza Delicias”).
 
  • If you arrive to Barcelona Airport (named “Aeropuerto El Prat”) then:
    1. You can take a suburban train from the airport to Barcelona Main Railway Station (called “Barcelona SANTS”).
    2. Then in Barcelona Sants Station, you take a high speed train (AVE or ALVIA) from “Barcelona-Sants” to “Zaragoza – Delicias” Station. You can buy tickets online via renfe.es and more precisely at http://www.renfe.com/viajeros/larga_distancia/productos/
  Once you are in Zaragoza Delicias Train Station you can either:
  1. take a taxi to the hotels or to the Congress (9 – 12 €; 10-15 minutes).
  2. or take the bus 51 direction to “Príncipe Felipe” (1,25 €; frecuency: every 10 minutes.), that leaves you in bus stop “Paseo Pamplona, 1”. From here you have a few minutes walk to the Congress or aprox. 15 minute walk to the suggested hotels.
  The Congress is held at the University of Zaragoza – Facultad de Economía y Empresa- and at the PARANINFO of the University (just behind the Faculty)
