XIV Conference of the Spanish Association for Energy Economics

The Scientific Committee and the Organizing Committee invite all researchers to send their original works (theoretical and / or empirical) on any research area in the field of Energy Economics, including the central theme of this edition, before November 30th, 2018. Papers will be evaluated and, where appropriate, accepted for presentation at the parallel sessions of the Conference.

Each accepted communication must be presented by one speaker. In order to reinforce the mutual knowledge of the works and to facilitate the organization of the Conference, each speaker accepts the task of commenting his/her work on the Parallel Session.

The submission will consist on a single file in PDF format, with a maximum size of 2MB, to the e-mail address: aeee@aeee.es. The name of the .pdf file will follow the following model: "Surname_Name_Brief title.pdf".

The first page should include the following information: name, affiliation and email address of the author and co-authors; Work title; abstract of no more than 100 words; 3 JEL codes and a maximum of 5 key words.

The papers will be subject to revision process by the Scientific Committee.

The Scientific Committee and the Organizing Committee invite all researchers to send their original poster on any research area in the field of Energy Economics, including the central theme of this edition, before November 30th, 2018. Papers will be evaluated and, where appropriate, accepted for presentation at the parallel sessions of the Conference.

Participants will have the opportunity to present their work in a specific “Poster Session” and get feedback from the audience. Only registered participants will be able to present their posters at the Conference.

If you are interested in presenting a poster, please send an e-mail to aeee@aeee.es. Writing on the Subject of the e-mail: POSTER SUBMISSION. The e-mail information will be: Authors´ name and surname, affiliation, Title and Abstract. And, please, attach a “.pdf” file with the poster, with the following name: “Poster_Surname_Name.pdf” (Max. Dimension: 120cm x 90cm). The deadline for posters submission is November 30th, 2018.

The AEEE Conference Scientific Committee will evaluate the poster applications. The decision will be communicated to authors by December 20th, 2018. Only accepted posters will be presented at the “Posters Session” of the Conference. Each Poster speaker will have 7 minutes to present it.

If you are participating in a Research Project and want to present its results or simply explain what your group is researching and how you are doing it, you just have to send a page with the following information: name of the Project, funding entity, Coordinator-Principal investigator of the project, affiliation, e-mail address of the applicant, and an "Abstract" -of no more than 500 words- describing the project as well as the possibility of having possible collaborations with other researchers, before November 30th, 2018 (deadline).

The submission will consist of a single file in .pdf format sending to the e-mail address: aeee@aeee.es. The name of the file in pdf will follow the following model: "Session Projects_Name of the project.pdf".

The proposals will be subject to evaluation process by the Scientific Committee. Accepted projects may present it at the Session reserved for it in the Conference. Notifications of acceptance will be communicated on December 20th, 2018. The applicant must prepare a Poster that summarizes the Project and which would serve to present it and to look for possible future collaborations. It is necessary to register as a participant in the Conference to be able to present it.

The text of the communications will be delivered to the participants in a Minutes Book or similar electronic format. Communications will also be included in a repository of exclusive access for members on the Association’s website. Authors who submit their works accept that they be disseminated through these channels.
